Let me first say i go to salons all over RVA, and then give my feedback on the top ten salons to numerous blogs and websites. I basically go in as a regular client .The pros: I loved how Alicia & Michelle made me feel warm, and she set the tone for a friendly environment. The wait was not too long .The Cons: The shampoo girl was washing my hair, while holding a conversation on the phone. She was very rough on my scalp and the water was way to hot. I feel its very unprofessional to wash a client hair and be on the phone at the same time. Very rude. Secondly, the furniture is a little outdated and have rips and holes where I was sitting. Lastly, i went in for a wash and blowout and the price was quite expensive from all the previous salons i went to.. I could tell the owners are nice talented young ladies. JUST BE ALERT BECAUSE U NEVER KNOW WHO'S GONNA WALK IN YOUR SALON. Stay BLESS!!!

Amazing hair salon place is kept very nice and the staff is amazing not to mention they can do some bomb hair will definitely be going back and would recommend them if youâ€™re looking for great quality matched with the prices for your hair this is the place

This is a black owned business by two very intelligent and professional black women. The shop is aesthetically pleasing and the service is superb. When you enter you are greeted warmly by everyone... Not just the person doing your hair. The one thing I noticed, which made a huge impact upon me, was how the customers were a reflection of the owners/stylists. There is great conversation, lots of laughs and most importantly your hair is laid and slayed when they are finished. Trust me This is not your stereotypical black salon. You leave feeling like you just spent time with family...that you get along with ðŸ˜ƒ
