I've been following Tracy loyally for 8 years, and I have to say that I'm glad she's landed at Headliners. Friendly people, reasonable Richmond prices, and a good location all while getting to keep Tracy's expert cutting and coloring (and the straightening treatments that have been literally life changing). As far as stylists go, Tracy listens and pays attention, which in my experience are the rarest skills of all!

Went in to get my hair colored darker and trimmed. When the hair stylist was coloring my hair, she missed many spots on my head causing sections of my hair to remain light brown, she got dye all over my face and did not wipe it off until the end, and she did not clip my hair up after dying each section (so my wet, colored hair hung in my face). I ended up paying $145. I would normally have no problem paying that amount if the service was great. I think this salon charges way to much money for the quality of their service. I will not be going back.
