I am 76 years old. I have minimum hair on top , but have a rather nice beard. My experience at this salon was the worst I have ever had. First, I believe their is standard operating procedures for cutting hair. I was asked "what else do you want done". So if I wanted the hair trimmed in my ears, etc. I had to direct the effort. The worst was the trimming of my beard. I gave specific directions, even giving the number of the trimmer. What happens, she does exactly what I said not to do. My beard got butchered. This was an individual in a shop of, probably many, so I will not recommend not going there. But, under the circumstances, I will not return.

Not sure why there are so many negative comments here. This is by far my favorite great Clips I have been too. I've been going to great Clips for over 5 years and I feel most confident with the staff there! They are always friendly and always offer extra services that might benefit me! Go get a haircut from them!!
