Friendly staff, good conversation or no conversation if you want. Movie trailers playing the whole time as something to watch. Price is very reasonable, especially for a local/non-chain. I know I've recommended them to all my friends.

Best haircut for the money in town! 17$! I've been coming here for a year now and every single time my haircut is exactly what I ask for. All of the ladies take their time and do a wonderful job. Not to mention you get free water, popcorn and get to watch movie trailers while hair is being cut. 25$ gets you a cut, shampoo, hot towel, shoulder massage and a CRAFT BEER! No one else does that. If you're looking for an awesome place that gives awesome haircuts at an awesome price ACTION CUTS is where it's at!

This place is hidden gem in rva. It's a great haircut at a great price. The staff is very friendly and have awesome customer service. The Producer's cut is well worth it.

I had read about this place through Richmond Magazine and was intrigued by the combination. I will say it was a great experience and Jenny had cut my hair exactly how I asked and was very kind and attentive to my hair cut needs. Definitely go here for your next haircut!
