This is an excellent salon! Very professional and very nice people - especially the owner! It is sad when people want to get a discount and give a bad review. I’ve seen and heard people say, “In New York I paid $25!” Well, Head back there and get your hair done. This is VA and don’t get angry because you can’t afford to pay money to get your hair done. Trashing a place because your little budget can’t take it doesn’t mean that you should post something that isn’t true.

Love this shop! I recommend you to come to Yalonda and her staff. Very nice and clean environment. My daughter and I have been going to her for sometime now. We never had any problems with her , nor her employees. She know what she's doing when it comes to your hair, I promise you. We're both natural and she has our hair going well. I don't like when people get up here trying to hurt someone's place of business. Some people just don't like to see others doing good or want them to succeed in life. If you someone offended you in some kind of way, you should pull them to a side and talk to them. Don't come up here trying to hurt there business smh. Maybe it's you and not the person you're taking it out on. Everyone in this salon is nice. People don't let these negative reviews fool you. Go visit for yourself. It's very rare I have to sit and wait. My daughter and I will always be back. You guys should to. Treat others as you want to be treated. This is exactly Yolanda and her staff does.

This shop rocks! Quick service, clean, professional and excellent quality. My new local frequent shop for my hair. They deal with all textures.

THE WORST. This lady's whole attitude stinks. I wouldn't step foot in this salon again even if you paid me. I'm a business owner as well, and first step into this salon is all bad energy and sadly it's from the owner herself. We walked into the salon around 640 seeing it was still open until we walked in and excitedly asked if it was too late for a wash and set. She rudely said "yes, very late." So, no biggie, I figure I would just come back another day, so I ask her what time is her last wash, and lmao the chick ignores me and still has a stank face as if she was annoyed that I asked. So, me being the friendly Barney full of energy let's be friends person that I am, asked her again, what time is your last wash so I can come another day, and she says "it all depends" At this point I'm looking at her like Biiiiihhhhh, really cuz she looks like she ate a bag of lemons and I laugh and decide hey it's Okay, this is just one place that I will never ever spend my money. I see she's doing one head, and the style was so doggone basic, I would have stayed home and did that mug at home, so not only does she have a stank attitude but obviously no skills. I was so baffled by her lack of professionalism and the balls she had to think it was okay to greet any potential customer the way she did, just bad business but that may explain why the place was completely empty. I would never set foot in this place again and advise anyone who values good customer service to take your money elsewhere.
