I brought my mother in Friday and I have to say that Donna was so kind to her. She is elderly and can move a little slow but Donna was patient and understanding. It was our first visit to this location but after the amazing experience we will be returning and sending our friends and family!!!!! Great store with some GREAT people!!!!!!!!!

It's awful. The manager is never on the floor. Half the people don't speak English. A few girls there can actually cut hair. The girl that cut my hair with the purple hair just disappeared and she actually knew what she was doing. I don't know who is running this operation but whoever it is, get it together. I'll do you a favor and call corporate. No need to respond. Worst experience of my life

I have had an issue with the manager for two years now. I didn’t feel comfortable sharing my experiences in the past, but I have seen a major decline for the paste two years. The manager, Donna, has always made me feel unwelcomed and looked as if all she cared about was making money. Then last December just before the holiday, Donna place me at the end of a long line a people. I waited over an hour to receive my hair cut. What was worst was that the customers knew that she was wrong and disrespectful. Finally, I brought my son in for a haircut and noticed how empty the product shelves were. I was looking for Rough and Ready and I could not find it. For these reasons, Donna should stop serving the public. She doesn’t enjoy cutting hair anymore. It is truly a shame because the shop is awesome with some great staff and one in need of a good manager. Help!
