Lancer is great! He has a remarkable eye, so can help you see what you need before you even know. He listens well, and will work with you to find the right solution while also using his expertise to steer you clear of bad hair decisions. Also LOVE his "quiet chair" concept! Emerson Salon is a great space, and I'm a big fan of D'Arcy as well, his business partner, who created a beautiful vintage style for my wedding! I've been going to Lancer for a few years now and I've never had a bad experience. I have annoyingly difficult hair and he is the first person who has ever helped me understand my hair so I can manage it on my own! He has fair prices, knows what will work for you and will not lead you astray. Highly recommend!

Lancer is truly a gift to our community. His color skills are unmatched, whether you want some subtle highlights or a head full of wild colors - he us your guy. I have been going to Lancer for well over a decade, closing on 2, and have literally never had a bad cut, or anything less than a great experience.
