The woman cutting hair was very quiet and seemed uncomfortable with my friend who got her haircut. The haircut consisted of a quick spray of water and 4 clips with the scissors. If you like speed, this is the place. If you like a quality haircut and kind customer service, it’s not the best option.

Absolutely the worst hair cut experience ever. So yesterday I wanted to get one final hair cut before winter. And as I tried to communicate my desired style the pathetic excuse for a hair stylist thought he had more say so as to how my hair is to be styled. He continued to talk down to me as if I was a child rather than a customer who could be a client. And as I sat there hopeful that I would be pleased with the outcome I was even more appalled with his hissy snob attitude. The individual shown zero professionalism. But did demonstrate an epic amount of self righteous ego with a large dose of the insecurities. I was going to attempt to communicate my dissatisfaction but their over inflated ego made it obvious it was going to be a complete was of my time. He styled my hair in no fashion to my preference and he outwardly expressed that he had no care about how I actually felt, but only that he passively aggressive demanded that a pamper his ego. I care for only one thing at this point a full refund. To include the $5 tip which he is in no way deserving of. I do not accept apologies for such an act of rudeness nor do I offer any forgiveness. I give one chance to do right with me. His attitude has become the very problem that Capitol Hill has been developing of the recent years. I will never waste my money on this company since they don't seem to understand customer service. I have had some good experiences with great clips from Tacoma to Everett and currently Seattle. Not all their employees have this massive amount self righteousness, sadly more too often they skills have been the real problem, and as I now have a hair style that I can only style in one pathetic manner which is by no means flattering to me by my standards nor desires. I will now need to have a proper professional to fix this problem despite I will have nowhere near the style I actually wanted. December 8th 2017 update. So after the owner copy pasta letter I contacted the email address and immediately another copy pasta letter from corporate. And not in anyway have they made any real effort to address their employees. Basically after they get you to pay they don't care about you nor will they make any effort to fix or address their sloppy excuse of ethics.

Typically lives up to its name, tho I had a couple bad experiences years ago. Thankfully those "stylists" are long gone & I've only had good experiences since.

Have been a regular client since moving to Seattle at the end of 2011. Consistently a positive experience; friendly staff who are good at their craft; reasonable prices.
