Beware as all services are done by students. This is also confirmed by a sign inside the store. I was not aware of this when i booked the appointment. The students are inexperienced and received pointers along the way. Majority of my hair perm work was done by the students. The owner worked on my hair part of the time, and yet i was charged full price. When i came in, there were 3 students, one experienced cutter, and the owner named Thai, and literally they all took a part in working on my hair perm. Which really sucked because there was no consistency and no accountability. One of the students, a guy, who washed and dried my hair, was so rough doing it, it felt like he was drying his dog or something. Also after washing my hair, he left me at the chair as the next part wasn't his job, and everybody else sort of was taking a lunch break in the kitchen. I had to ask him what was next. He then started drying my hair but i told him that my hair cut was uneven. So he called the owner who came out and made little tiny cuts which didn't make much of a difference. I have other complaints from my previous visits prior to this place employing their students, but this last experience was the final straw. I would recommend to go somewhere else for services items than hair cuts. For hair cuts, make sure it's not students working on you unless you're familiar with their work.
