Good place and some stylists are really great. But receptionists are terrible and have zero understanding how to do their job. When some stylist’s schedule changes, receptionist will never bother to find you another available stylist and keep your appointment. So you come to studio looking forward for great hair and they tell you “oh, your stylist is not here today. And all stylists are busy right now. We are sorry. Come back another time”. All they can do is to make a call just to tell you later than they tried to reach you. They don’t care if you missed their call and have no idea that you don’t have an appointment anymore. Such shame that receptionists can ruin really great business. I’m not coming back to the place with zero respect to my time.

I feel very pampered at this salon. Complimentory services such as hand massages and facial treatments. Plus a very friendly staff. I return here for my haircuts and colors because I always love the outcome!
