I was turned away by an unfriendly employee when I arrived 18 minutes before closing on Sunday. According to the Mobile app, there was only a 1 minute wait, so I thought it would be ok to walk in. I explained that I needed the haircut for my son today because he had school the next day and she just said "ok" - still refusing my business. No apologies, it was just totally disrespectful. I have had my hair cut by great clips for years and I'm about to take my business elsewhere.

So far for me the best place to get a haircut for good price, very fast and efficient. They also have a Wait-list on a monitor that you can look at which is cool.

Just tried to call during business hours to ask a question. The phone did not ring, it went directly to a recorded message listing their hours of operation (Which I was well within). I called around 2pm and they said they were open until 9pm. The recorded phone message did not match the hours posted on their website either. Since I couldn't get my question answered, guess I won't be going here.
