I've been going to New Concepts since before it was New Concepts--close to 20 years now. It is always a great time, friendly and fun! I have referred many, many friends to New Concepts and will continue to do so in the future!

As a male with very thick curly hair, I have always had trouble finding a haircut that did not require the reassurance that "it will look better after it grows out..." that I've had at far too many budget salons. Instead, I had the best salon experience I've ever had here. While waiting for my stylist, I was presented with options for coffee and tea in a very nice, clean and well-lit atmosphere. The staff were as friendly as they were competent, and I came away the most satisfied I've ever been with a haircut (and the complimentary shampoo and head-massage never hurts). Even after my stylist moved on to New York City, I still came back to this place because every stylist here has an incredible amount of skill and, even better, will listen to what you want.
