Normally my crochet braids is 80.00 and I bring my own hair, the last time I was there in April 2019 I was told 140.00 for that style. went back and forth with her and finally ended up with the 80.00 yet still being told on how long it takes to do it, and a bunch of lies. And still was told "well you can go to the ATM in copps and use it." I want you to know this all these comments ON HERE are true, nobody's lying when they speak of your services and unprofessionalism , but MY MAIN REASON FOR THIS REVIEW IS THIS: EVERY BODY DON'T HAVE A JOB, AND EVERYBODY DON'T HAVE MONEY, AND SOME OF US ARE ON A BUDGET, AND TO REALLY PUT IT OUT THERE SOME OF US GET A CHECK ONCE A MONTH AND CAN'T AFFORD TO BE CHEATED OR TO GET THEIR HAIR DONE PERIOD. SO FOR THIS SITUATION TO HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN (FROM MULTIPLE SALONS IN MADISON) I WANNA LET YOU KNOW I GET A CHECK ONCE A MONTH SINCE YOU MUST NEED TO KNOW THIS BY THE COMMENTS MADE ABOVE. I HAVE PLENTY OF EDUCATION AND KNOW WHEN I AM BEING PLAYED, PLUS STREET SENSE. SO I AM SPEAKING FOR MYSELF AND ALL OTHERS THAT I AM SURE YOU RAN AWAY FROM YOUR SALON WITH YOUR TACTICS. A PERSON CAN MAKE SOME REAL MONEY IF THEY INCLUDE PRICES FOR ALL ECONOMIC CLASSES AND BE HONEST TO THEM . WE ARE NOT AS STUPID THAT YOU THINK WE ARE AND IT IS VERY OFFENSIVE. SO NOW YOU RAN ME AWAY. WHEN ARE MY PEOPLE GOING TO GET IT TOGETHER? A BUSINESS CLASS ON ETHICS AND LIABILITY WOULD DO YOU WONDERS AND KEEP YOU OUT OF POSSIBLE LAWSUITS. I PERSONALLY AM NOT SAYING THAT I WILL SUE YOU, BECAUSE I KNOW WHEN I AM WASTING TIME. BUT I AM GOING TO LET YOU KNOW SOME BODY ELSE WILL IF YOU KEEP THESE ANTICS GOING. RESPECT ALL CLIENTS AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS FOR THE LOW INCOME WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A LITTLE DIGNITY AND A NICE HAIRSTYLE AS WELL., IT NOT ALWAYS ABOUT YOU TRY TO LOVE YOUR CLIENTS LIKE YOU SAY YOU DO ON YOUR PAGE. I AM NO LONGER ANGRY BUT I GUESS I WILL SHAVE MY HEAD THEN I WON'T HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH HAIRSTYLES OR PAYING ANY ONE MY MONEY. NO DISRESPECT JUST SPEAKING MY TRUTH. I had a amazing experience!!! I am so pleased with my hair!!! I am a travel nurse an itâ€™s hard finding people that care in different locations!!! I am def a client here for as long as they are open!!!! Thank you so much

I am middle of the road on this review because the stylists are talented but the professionalism leaves too much to be desired. They would do well do use a script or decent scheduler to discuss timing, reiterate costs, and inform clients when circumstances are different than their page like needing to provide supplies, only accepting cash, etc. They are a friendly bunch but I will likely refrain from booking again. Their price is nice but I am willing to pay a bit more for a quality experience overall.
