Person that cut my hair cut more than double she was supposed to cut off the length. Told her how much i dislike short hair and I that I needed to put my hair up for work before she started. Took about 5 minutes to get passed what she did. Left with a terrible hair cut. Owner won't refund my money. Apparently I hurt the stylist feelings. Didn't yell at her, swear, or cry. Then the owner started to belittle me over the phone and say nasty things about me as a person. Never met her before. And all because I got a terrible hair cut. They can keep the $20 bucks, I'll keep my integrity.

Love my updo, but last time i was there in may i was charged $25.00, this time she did much less of an updo an charged $45.00..may have to find another salon in the future.
