I have been letting my hair grow out and of course when it got down my back I just had to cut it. I was a bit nervous because I have a family event just 2 days later and I know better than to wait that long to cut my hair. But it was great. I checked in online and always would recommend that because it is quick and easy and you don't need the app to do it. They were right on time and I literally walked in and was in a chair right away. I also had a bunch of pictures on my phone and mostly knew what I wanted but was still deciding and my stylist took the time to look and help me. We decided on a cut and usually your biggest fear is that they are going to cut off too much and I didn't even have to say anything because she already made it clear we were going to start longer than the pic then go shorter as I wanted. This was the first time I got a hair cut that I love. I kept her name and will always go back to her if I can. However not only are they all good and nice and friendly, they do build a profile on you so they can see who did your hair in the past and what was done so they get to know you pretty well based off that.

I did like the cut buta, I don't like it when they say what do u put in ur hair. They say oh ya dats watered down shampoos and conditioners are's is better!!! Nah, it kool I be happy of what I buy! THANKS! I didn't like it.My hair is fine no problems with my shampoos and conditioners!😒

Don’t think I will come here again because what the lady told me when I said I have a coupon. She told my coupon was a scam they don’t accept it but then she said she’ll do it this time. The difference from the coupon 4-5 dollars, I gave her in tip so it would be the total amount away just get out of there ASAP. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and will never come back again.
