Appointment before store opens?

Made an appointment online for 9:15am. Got there, doors were locked, sign said store opens at 10. Tried calling, no response. Have been a customer for 3 years, will not go back. Hair was done ok in the past, but there are many choices and I don’t appreciate driving all the way there to find store closed. Ridiculous.

My daughter and I had some questions regarding eyebrow products and began talking to Ashley. I ended up getting my eyebrows waxed, tinted and filled in. They never looked better. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone. She really knows her stuff!!

This place sucks. Super rude sales associates! They were having a special deal, no where online or in store did it say there was a limit on the number of items you could purchase. But I come up to the counter with 4 different lip colors that are on sale and the associate tells me it’s limit 2 per account, and that I also don’t qualify for the special gift when you spend $40. I was annoyed and just asked if I could ring it up as two orders and she said that they’re not supposed to, but they will. So I buy them on my account and my moms account separately because it’s still a good deal. But when I leave I check the website, THERE IS NO LIMIT ON THEM!!! I can buy them online and then get the free gift and get free shipping. I’m doing that and returning these in store. Those associates are so crappy and nasty!!! I HATE going into Ulta because they are so awful, this is why I started shopping only at Sephora. Keep this in mind and if there is a deal, just buy it online and patiently wait for the shipping.

Today was my time ever in the Ulta Beauty I had the most helpful young lady in the store. She help me get the best makeup for my daughter today just wanted to make sure everyone knows to go to the location on 84th Layton and get a wonderful experience like I did enjoy.

Rachel was great she worked seemlessly helping my mom pick cosmetics for her aging 65 year old skin and knew exactly what to grab despite being younger. Very help but not pushy, even have us a hug at they end. ❤️❤️❤️😊🔚

I hope the manager at the Greenfield, WI store is recognized for being a great business woman as well as just plain nice. She (Ashley) made things right for me when Ulta's so called "customer service" refused to. Thank you so much, Ashley. You're awesome!
