I did an online check-in to save time. My estimated wait time when I signed in was 8 minutes. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes on top of the 8 minutes that was estimated. In fact, three people who walked in were taken in front of me. Very disappointing. 😒 This has not been an isolated incident. This place used to be decent and over the past year the service has clearly slipped and their sense of timeliness appears to have disappeared.

Excellent friendly service! Took both of my boys in, first haircut for one. Stylist and staff were friendly and patient, best haircut experience I’ve had with my kids. Will def be returning

Great customer service, everyone is nice and Leslie the store manager who has been cutting my hair for 5 plus years is the best very nice and can cut any hair any way and she's great 😁

Cuts for seniors are $12, thus the trip was set. The glass storefront faces east and south on the corner with south exit entrance only. Enough parking spaces that could use a cleanup. The salon itself is as clean as expected. Only two friendly beauticians present. The clientele picked up a tad after 1pm. Decent trim for me.
