Made an appointment almost 2 months ahead of time with my stylist. Called to check on time because I couldn’t remember. I was placed on hold and when finally talking to someone and asked about my appointment time, she asked me to hold. A different person comes on the line and says can I help you? WHAT??? Explain the reason for my call all over again and then I’m told my stylist is in Indiana. RESPONSE: I did keep my appointment back in August. It was for a bang trim. I can’t keep an appointment from a past date! Thanks for your understanding. It was a mistake made by someone at your salon.

It takes a lot fore me to leave a negative review, let alone a review at all...but I feel I owe it to potential new customers to send a fair warning. The building is awesome, the view is fantastic from your chair, the girls are warm, caring, kind and fun to spend time with...the management however is their biggest flaw. Color lines changes often (3 lines in three years during my experience) which makes consistency a significant issue. I left with green hair three times...and one time had to pair for the repair after my second trip and 6 hours in the chair! I don't know about you but I don't have that kind of time to waste... If you have a lot of time on your hands and are open to varying results, then you may enjoy the experience since the location, view and people are amazing.

I was very nervous because I had just lost a hairstylist I liked at another salon. I looked for another salon/hairstylist and decided to try my luck at Carters. I am very happy I did. Lynette did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I can work with it, which is great. Everyone made me feel comfortable. Love the atmosphere. Very happy.
