Came here to get two friends a haircut. Only two women were there. One nice, the other one with an attitude. The one with the attitude really looked like she didn't wanna be there. We waited a bit before they checked us in. She gave my friend a weird "what kind of stupid name is that?" look when he told her my other friend's name because it was a foreign name. We sat back down and waited. There was another customer that was waiting and growing impatient who's been there for maybe 40 minutes(based on what he said), and asked for a refund because he needed to be somewhere soon(mind you the wait time was 5 minutes on the website).
It was my first friend's turn to get a haircut. I saw how she was cutting my first friend's hair and she was rushing it and didn't really care all that much with probably barely any professional experience, and only home cutting. She barely asked my friend any questions about how he wanted his hair or walked through it with him, just did what he asked from the very beginning. She basically chopped the fringes which wasn't what he wanted to go for as it made the hair choppy. She was very impatient with my friend though when asked to repeat something again or asked what she meant.
My other friend got the nice lady. She asked questions about how he wanted their hair and walked through it with them(ex: "i'm going to go with a level 4."). She carefully trimmed his hair how he wanted and seemed more passionate about what she was doing, as well as being very considerate of her customers and their experience.
In conclusion, I'm giving it a 2 stars because of the atmosphere, and subpar experience and service. I would have given the place a 1 star but the other lady was nice and kind. I would not recommend the place though unless you want to try your luck and get someone decent enough to get the job done...then again it's mainly a place to get a quick trim than a haircut.
