It's 30 degrees outside and she wouldn't even let me in to ask her anything. She was yelling at me through the window so loud I couldn't even understand her. When I called she was yelling at me yet again, and I literally just asked if she does dreads. She then proceeded to hang up on me. If I could rate no stars I would. Don't even waste your time with this place

I've been here several times. I've always had a pleasant experience. She even took down my micros and washed my hair and did it in box braids.

my friend got my hair done from this shop & which she had short hair recently cut the back off a lil lower and so before reporting to the shop she made sure the woman would be able to grip her hair in which she insisted she could ... not even a week later , 3 back rows of her hair came out & when reaching out to the woman she asked if she could have a refund ? & the woman replied " no after you wore them for 3 days & took pictures in them no refunds " of course your gonna take pictures in your new hair style but it's bullshit that she doesn't even want t fix her hair at all . also she wanted her hair burgundy & when getting to the shop she had to settle for whatever cause the woman had no burgundy hair . her business is very un professional & her customer service is horrible ..

This lady is HORRIBLE I will never ever in my life go to her ever again I've only had my braids up for 3 days & the Whole BACK IS GONE . Every braid then fell out I called her to ask her about getting them done over she got very jazzy & was being very rude but that's no problem because I will be call better business brier on her ass . Period ‼️

Oh my I have a graduation ceremony to host and she did not keep her appointment with me. This is the second time this has happened so please do not go here if you have somewhere to be. She is very irresponsible and unprofessional. If I could give her a half of a star I would . I will never go back here again. Alina cunningham
