I initially walked in to their establishment to make an appointment for a facial shave and neck shave on my wedding day a week later. The receptionist lady said it could be done and I would get serviced Amy. When my appointment time came around, I made sure to show up on time but Amy took me in 10 minutes late - things like this happen so OK. She goes ahead and puts on some oils, a hot towel, and shaving cream and proceeds to carefully give me a shave. We agreed that she would do one pass with the razor as my last shave was just a few days ago. When she was done with the shave, I asked her about the neck shave and told her that the receptionist said it could be done. Amy told me she doesn't clean up other people's work. Even though I would be paying her to do it and it would probably take 5 minutes. Before I left, I glanced at the mirror to check her work (she never bothered putting me in front of a mirror) and saw there were spots with long hairs still remaining. The receptionist charged me $35 for this facial shave, which was apparently done by a "master". I ended up going back home to finish the job properly. Before I left, Amy did say that she had time for a full haircut but I didn't feel like spending over an hour at this place and spending upwards of $100. I felt misled and lied to just to get me in the door for my money. I doubt I would come back here again, but instead would first try one of their competitors.
