Great people, great experience and always great results! I went in to the salon without a hair care routine, without an idea about what I wanted and my hair hadnâ€™t seen TLC in years. I have very textured, naturally curly hair, so it can be hard to find a stylist that can accommodate . But Iâ€™ve been seeing Kim for awhile now, and Iâ€™ve got to say the staff overall has always made me feel comfortable, has always been honest, and has always made me feel very confident when leaving ! Would highly recommend to anyone else , no matter what kind of hair you have or what condition you think it is in . Robert Laurence will always show up for you in all of the right ways!

My roommate, Haley, scheduled an appointment for this afternoon to get her hair colored. I personally dropped her off for her appointment, on time, and received a call not even 10 minutes later to pick her up. When she sat in a chair and started to tell the hair stylist what color she wanted and what not, the stylist tells her she canâ€™t do color because she only has 30 minutes for her appointment. Either the receptionist or the stylist made a huge mistake and didnâ€™t make her appointment long enough for what she told them she wanted. They then say they want to reschedule her, but canâ€™t get her in until Friday and sheâ€™s going out of town which was the entire reason she wanted her hair done. Haley was extremely upset when she left and they did nothing to help her out in getting her hair done. As a bystander to the incident I am very disappointed in management not stepping in and for the stylist not being smart enough to see an appointment that isnâ€™t right and fixing the problem earlier.

i would highly recommend this hair studio, i am so glad that i walked in. they had an opening, i was in a rush, and it worked out perfect. Sandy did a great job on my hair, and Kevin and the staff are so friendly. next time that i am in milwaukee, i am definitely coming back.

Kimberly is amazing. I had the most amazing hairdresser who died, and I thought I would never be happy again. Well I am. She takes so much time, gives me a shampoo and conditioning treatment that is like being in a spa. I love the color she has applied. I get so many compliments. So happy I found Kimberly. Give her a try.

I have been seeing Sandy, and on occasion Kevin, at Robert Laurence for over ten years. They have both done an outstanding job every time. Great people, nice environment, yummy tea while you wait. I should have written this review a long time ago.
