I was about to purchase a Groupon to try out this place. I needed somewhere new to go to. I thought this would be a nice change. I called to schedule an appointment and it took me about 20 minutes. Basically, you cannot go into this salon without getting a consultation first is what the front desk woman said in short. I was unsure over getting highlights or all over color and this dragged on the 3 minute appointment I was going to make. I then said you know what, I will just do the color, yet I STILL would have to come in for a consultation SEPARATELY from my visit. I don't have time for that, SORRY. I have never been to a salon where they don't go over with you when you come in and discuss extra fees. Don't bother.

Went in for a haircut with a groupon and an eyebrow wax. My eyebrows were done nicely but expensive, $17 when I usually pay 10-12, the haircut was another story. I told her that I wanted it to be shoulder length and folded my hair to show what I wanted it to look like. It ended up being chin length and much shorter than I wanted. Overall not impressed and upset with the outcome of my haircut. One side even seems longer than the other as well as the back is shorter so it is slightly asymmetrical, which I hate. I even specifically said one length except for framing my face to lay nicely. Update: My hair is two inches shorter than its supposed to be and uneven. In order for me to receive any sort of complimentary haircut I would have to come back within the next 4 days, so you can teach from my messed up hair. I didn't volunteer for my hair to be a learning experience nor do I appreciate your unwillingness to refund any of my experience or making me come back on your timeline I will be returning to my old stylist, even though it is quite a drive for me, so that she can fix what you all messed up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone visiting either of your locations and will not be returning.

I have had 2 massages there so far I am book for my 3rd with Patrick. He is very knowledgeable, I never felt like he was just rubbing on my back. He can tell where there a stress points he always asks how is the pressure. I leave there feeling so relaxed I need a nap. Definitely will continue to patronize.

Horrible experience. Stylist had no idea what she was doing and did not listen to what I wanted. I DO NOT recommend. I'm a stylist myself and in 20 years have I ever encountered such an inexperienced stylist that's been in the game for a few years.

Had my very first Brazilian wax here with Emily. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable situation and she did nothing to make it better. She didnt walk me through what to expect or talk me through the pain.. She left behind a lot of hair and wax. Overall terrible experience. I would not recommend this salon.
