I've have been getting my haircut by Wendy here for years. She is amazing and my haircut always looks great. I moved out of state but every time I know I'm coming back into town I always wait to get my haircut so I can go see Wendy and the rest of the girls at lady Jane's. Got my haircut today and Wendy even gave me written instructions for me to give to Jen who cuts my hair in Virginia Beach.... Talk about awesome. If you don't get you haircut here you are missing out. Great atmosphere and even better people!!!

I’ve been going to this place for many years. I make an appointment and am on time for my appointment like an adult. I’m taken back within minutes of my appointment time and given terrific treatment. The ladies have sense of humors and most often it’s a very fun environment. I always walk away happy with my haircut. If you’re a walk in, understand you have to wait in line behind the grown ups who make appointments. Despite what your mother told you, you’re not special. I drive 30+ minutes to get my hairs cut here. I do that because they do it right.

Been going to Wendy W. the store manager for 3 years and been nothing but great experiences. Always professional and service is always excellent. Couldn't ask for better atmosphere with all the ladies there, always happy and joyful.

Done, Done, Done with this place. My work schedule is crazy. Stopped by yesterday as a walk-in, I couldn't wait the hour, so my bad, I'll try again tomorrow. So, I call today, girl that answered phone says no wait, but get here now. 5 Minutes later, I walk in, and girl at the counter says 45min to hour wait. I said I just called! She asked if I made an appointment, and again I said I JUST CALLED! I will gladly spend my money somewhere else, and mind you, I got the scalp massage every time, and the neck/shoulders, about every other time, so it isn't just the haircut money they are losing. See ya.

Very friendly and very nice place to relax and wait if you don't have an appointment! Which I recommend you book first. But they do take walk-ins.
