I had a very reasonably priced, 90min therapeutic massage here, and it was sublime. The massage therapist was so calm and attentive that it was easy to relax. She worked around a recent injury, taking care not to cause any pain, while giving me the much needed therapy that I was expecting. Will definitely be back next time we're in Canmore.

I just had my curly hair (type 3B curls) cut by KERRY Rosenbach for the second time. WOW! She is THE best curly hair stylist I've seen in my 50 years! She is confident with curly/frizzy hair - she understands not to cut too short, her angles are perfect, and her technique appears effortless. Her cuts are even, repeatable, and fun! Kerry has transformed my hair and my lifelong fear of getting my hair cut has vanished. She has great energy too. What a gift she is to Canmore. Thank you, Kerry! Thank you Rapunzels!

We used Rapunzels' wedding hair and make up services and they were fantastic. Really easy to work with and they provided a high quality service. My hair was as good at the end of the night as it was when I walked out of the salon and my makeup was even better than I had in mind! Very talented staff, highly recommended.

Two of my girlfriends and I booked appointments at Rapunzelâ€™s back in February for our girls wkd trip to Canmore this month. We hadnâ€™t ever been to Rapunzelâ€™s before however decided on this spa after reading the excellent reviews. The spa itself is beautiful, cozy and inviting inside, probably one of the nicer spas Iâ€™ve been to in terms of quality amenities. The service itself however was fairly disappointing :( I had the signature facial and at the beginning of the treatment I specifically asked the girl to do extractions and showed her one in particular that I wanted taken care of on my chin, which was the only significant blemish I had at the time so it was not hard to miss (she completely forgot to do it all together). The massage portion of the signature facial was probably the most disappointing of all. My significant other has given me a better massage while half asleep on the couch, seriously. Think circular motions being repeated quickly over and over on the same spot with little to no pressure, it was the worst massage Iâ€™ve ever had... At one point she also left the room for what felt like forever (although likely 5-10 minutes) while I had a hot towel covering my face and I was overheating uncomfortably to the point where I actually started sweating.This is the first time Iâ€™ve had a facial where Iâ€™ve been left in the room for several minutes, instead of that time being used towards the massage treatment... At the end of my treatment I wasnâ€™t given any feedback at all (which seems standard for any facial Iâ€™ve had in the past), it felt like the girl just wanted to rush out of there as I was the last appointment of the day on a Friday. On a positive note, my face did feel really soft and refreshed after. All in all it was a mediocre/disappointing experience and I wouldnâ€™t go back here for a facial.
