I used to love Necklynz when I had Wanda as my hairdresser, but since she left I was given Lauree as my stylist and it has gone downhill since then. I have had two cuts from Lauree and she has given me great styles. I am not complaining about her cuts but her customer service skills. Because I have naturally oily hair, Lauree was taking jabs and making rude comments to me the entire cut. She even told me that the next time I book an appointment with them, she will book me with Carmen because "she can't keep working with hair like this." I'm sorry but its your job to deal with hair of all sorts. Normally I give the stylists $8-$10 tips because the cuts are usually quite amazing, but with every jab she lost $1 off her tip. The last straw was when she asked me what I do for work, to which her response was "Oh really? I am surprised they let you work around food!" At that moment, I was ready to walk out but I wasn't going to leave with a half-done haircut. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
