Casey Coutts is one of the best color technicians in the city. I had very dark hair and wanted blonde hair. He explained to me it would take a few sessions to get to where I wanted to be. He will not damage your hair to rush it. I am so glad I went to him. He is so professional and really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him.

I went into angles with coloured black hair. I asked Casey for a blonde balayage or a dark brown if blonde was not possible. After spending 17 hours in his chair, and close to 1000$ this is what I’m left with on top of fried hair. I was charged 3-4x my estimated quote. I’m embarrassed at how I was taken advantage of. I contacted the salon owner last week and have yet to receive a response. Terrible customer service, and terrible work done on my hair. I can’t believe anyone would let a client leave the salon looking like this. The stylist stands by his work stating harsh bleach lines are expected and that this is the process of colour correcting. I’m in disbelief I paid that much to have my hair completely ruined. I would 1000% recommend avoiding this salon.

Been going to angles for about a year now my stylist always did a great job but never executed my color. I never said anything because it always looked good. The last time I went in I brought a picture and specified I wanted my hair to be as close to the picture as possible. When I called in to talk to the stylist. The response I got was that is how the stylist interpreted the picture..... the only thing that is close to looking like the picture is the contrast in colour. The call was handled unprofessionally and I was basically hung up on. When you spend $ 180.00 on your hair every 6-8 weeks plus tip , you should be getting what you’re asking for. I won’t be back.

Yeah, it's pretty expensive, but you get a good haircut that will stay looking good for twice as long as one that costs half the price, so when all is said and done you're saving time and not losing any money. I'd definitely recommend it if you can afford it.

Casey is a true talent when it comes to cutting, colouring and stying hair. I've got difficult hair and he knows exactly how to shape and cut it to give me the professional look. He has cut my hair for years and Ive recommended him to my family and friends - he never disappoints! He keeps the conversation interesting and fun making the time go quickly. His stories are hilarious! His knowledge of the different hair products is remarkable.
