Booked a massage with Misty and would not recommend using her. First massage was good, definitely not relaxing but I was there for therapy on my hip so that was fine. Booked a second appointment with Misty and later that week she had the receptionist call and cancel it. So I didnâ€™t call and rebook and the day of the appointment she cancelled, she repeatedly called me and when I didnâ€™t answer proceeded to call my emergency contact to see why I wasnâ€™t at the appointment. My emergency contact let me know she did this and I called her to tell her that was an inappropriate use of my emergency contact she started yelling at me for messing with her schedule and making her miss a concert. Donâ€™t think Iâ€™ll be using divine escape again.

I'm not one to post a review, let alone a bad one but I'm incredibly insulted by the customer service of this salon. I booked an appointment online for 9 am this morning, I got a confirmation call back from them. So this morning I get there at 5 to 9:00 and nobody is there.... I wait outside for 25 minutes and finally a girl shows up. When I go inside, she tells me I can take a seat without any ounce of an apology for being late. I sit for 10 minutes and she calls me up to the front desk where she tells me there was a mix up- turns out the Stylist Kelsey cancelled my appointment without even letting me know because she didn't think there was enough "time" to do my regrowth and so she booked someone else instead. Like COME ON people! Anyway I booked my appointment with another salon :)

Had my first visit here with a morning weekday pedicure this week. Excellent experience and was very impressed with the space, my service provider and the work she did. Just booked an oxygen facial for Saturday. Looking forward to it!
