Never Again!

Never going back here! They used to be so nice but lately they have been rude and obnoxious! Philip yells and belittles people for asking a question or wanting something different! The last three times I was there they were terribly rude and cranky! They cut my feet and my heals hurt so bad could hardly walk! My nails are terrible all crooked! Just not worth the money or the hassle of having to get cash for them every time because they don't haven't had a debit machine that works for years! Better off paying a bit more somewhere else !

Got my nails done with my mother the day before Mother’s Day but not to impressed with their work. I got a full acrylic set, design and paint was nice but nails were very uneven and they look ugly to me and they rushed us and my mother wasn’t happy with hers either

I called in and they said my total for a gel pedicure would be 45 bucks, and an extra 8 for a design. I calculated it and it should've been a total of 53. She continued to charge my friend 63 dollars and then when she told me it'd be 63 dollars the other worker said no it was only 53, she was only supposed to charge 53 and and she continued to charge 63. Not going again

Very efficient and friendly. The nail designs/shapes/colours are a bit dated and I had to do some filing when I go home as the shape and thickness wasn't quite right, but it was a very busy day for the techs, so I understand they were probably a bit rushed.

Went to Nice Nails this morning for a new acrylic set and i have nothing but amazing things to say. I was there less than an hour and my nails are perfect. I believe it was the owner that did them. He made small talk and was super friendly. Highly recommend.

literally do NOT go here! save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. I wanted very simple nails. I called and made an appointment 2 hours in advance of showing up and when I got there it was clear they were over booked. there was not a single staff member that did not have 1 client or more. After my nails were started and the guy added the tips he didn't ask me about how I liked the length, when I tried to tell him they were too short he had literally already cut them to whatever length. Their debit machine was down, not there fault but no one mentioned it to me when I made the appointment or at anytime through the appointment until I asked about it. On to the nails. these are very clearly rushed. they are all uneven,,,, dramatically uneven, they are slanted and not well shaped, I asked for almond shaped and I have something along the lines of stiletto. at the end of the appointment the guy asked if I liked them and at this point I had no more capacity to be in there and even if I had vocalized my disappoint, there was 3 other people who had been overbooked and were waiting. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time with this place if you are getting a manicure.
