I got my hair colored and styled (different days) and It was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and went out of their way to make me comfortable. Shout out to Bev and I forgot the other stylists name (sorry lol). They even set up a privacy screen without any hesitation. Overall, a top-notch salon with a warm and attentive atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Alma- absolutely fantastic service! Cuts are always spot on, I’ve had problems in the past with other stylists elsewhere with colour, never an issue with her. I leave feeling pampered and with exactly what I have asked for. Highly recommend!

Not a good place to get a haircut for men TBH. I paid $40 just to trim both sides. Been a long-time customer of Chatters in another location but I think I have no luck here.

I booked an appointment but never was told the service was to be provided by an apprentice. The problem is not exactly the work of the apprentice, is that no Chatters's experienced stylist supervised her work ever. When I complained they said it can be fixed, but after all. This is not a professional nor a reliable and trustable way to provide service. Honesty is what create trust, the front desk wasn't honest when booked my appointment. It was careless attitude.

If there was an option of giving no stars, I would give that instead. I was booked for hair colour and was refused service, why? Because the lady said she can’t do it in the booked time. Why was I booked for three hours then. Just because she wants to serve the customer after me, she refused to do my service. It does not make sense. Wasting my time is ok for them. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend them at all.
