LOVE LOVE LOVE these girls! Carly and Ashley are always my go to ladies whenever I need new product! I adore them! They are, without fail, prompt and professional as well as bubbly and super informative. They always know exactly what my hair needs! This is 100% my favorite Chatters -I always enjoy coming in!

AMAZING, amazing service amazing girls they did have to move my apptm. Due to the color before me changing her mind on what service she wanted, the girls gave me a discount and some coupons! I will definitely be back!! All the girls at the front are so amazing! Carly and Ashley always know what I'm looking for and are always super friendly and recommend great products

I had my hair cut and coloured here by Raelynn I think was her name, and she did an amazing job. I went in knowing what I wanted but not really understanding how to explain it well. She understood right away what I wanted and explained what she was gonna do in easy terms for me to understand. She took out the colour book and we picked colors together. She was really easy to talk to and also was easy to just sit quiet at times as well. Iâ€™ve been getting my hair professionally coloured blonde for 6 years and I have to say she has been my fav stylist. Another thing I really enjoyed was that Iâ€™ve never been given such specific products to use in my hair before. I explained to her what was going on with my hair and how it feels day to day and she knew exactly what product to recommend and my hair has never ever felt better I canâ€™t believe how great it feels and looks.

Booked appointment for 3 days ahead of schedule for 1:15, I phoned to confirm appointment, then they decided to change it to 1:45, then 2 hours before appointment they changed it to 3:00. Very unprofessional studio, girl on the phone was laughing while trying to deal with the situation. Would not recommend to anyone.

I usually book in for a brow wax at the GP mall location however they were full so I booked in at the west-gate location. My first visit a few months ago the lady waxed my brows way to thin when i specifically asked her not too. I decided to give them another shot when again my regular salon was full for appointments, the girl waxed to much between my brows and practically took 1/4 of my right eye brow. Not impressed, will not be returning.
