I recommend Sandy to everyone, I get compliments on my hair all the time and I love it. It's been 5 months since my last appointment and I can't wait for my next one. Sandy has transformed my hair in one session, and I am SO lucky to find such a talented hairdresser, I've been looking for years. I won't ever switch !

I've been seeing Jenny for my haircut since she was working out of the back of her parent's house. Jenny is easy going and her skill and attention to detail is so amazing – I can see her checking and double checking my cut and the fade to make sure everything is up to her high standards. A lot of barbers will give you a cut that may be 90-95% perfect but Jenny takes the time to make it 100%. She’s also won competitions for her barber skills so you know you are in good hands.

Best haircut I’ve ever gotten, still to this day. I’ve gone to various other places, and they don’t cut the same as they cut here. Would highly recommend.

I am in love with this place! I've always been bouncing around trying different stylists, but I must say Sandy is by far the best one I've had. She is super sweet and talented. Her knowledge of balayage is spot on. The salon is super cute and modern and the entire team is wonderful!

I went to Genevieve Studios confidently after seeing all the positive reviews. My hair was buttery blonde with white ends, and I saw Sandy for an icy blonde balayage. She suggested dying some of the hair back to brown, and I agreed because I thought it would highlight the blonde better. After foiling, dying, and about 3 1/2 hours, my hair was back to it's original colour, brown. I was horrified. I wanted to go lighter, not darker. Sandy quickly assured me that it was only the lighting that made it appear dark. NOPE. We walked to the lighted mirror and my hair was still brown. She added that the grey would eventually wash out in 3 WEEKS! After washing my hair, it turned to a salt and pepper grey that made me look twice my age. I went to work the next day and my co-workers told that my hair made me look like I "aged beautifully" and that from behind I looked like an "elderly lady." I wanted to crawl into a hole; I felt so embarrassed. Sandy notified me that I could come back and fix my hair, but when I called her she told me that she'd have to charge for products. Why should I pay to fix something that I didn't even want?? THIS SALON DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!!!
