I tried to get a walk in for my 4 year old son today. I saw 5 techs not doing anything. Was told that everyone was waiting for their appointments to show up and we would have to wait like 20mins but toddlers don't wait. The haircut would have taken them 10-15 mins tops. The icing on the cake was seeing 2 of them outside smoking 10 mins later. Way to turn away buisness guys because you just lost me as a client as well.

I love going there. Everyone is so nice. I always leave so happy. I have a severe anxiety disorder and whenever I am there I never have any problems.

I have gone to multiple hair stylists, my hair is a pain to cut because of it's thickness and all of my cowlicks. I don't ask for anything flashy, just a simple cut. Every single hair stylist before Lorii managed to have me leave feeling so dissatisfied and looking worse than I did coming in. I was resigned to have my mother cut my hair, she *was* the only person to get it right but she's getting up there in age and cutting hair isn't a skill she practices anymore. Then I went to Lorii. I know little about hair styling. But with the basic idea of what I wanted I told her, she literally worked magic. I've never been to a salon and left being okay with my hair, let alone happy. When I go see Lorii, I leave ecstatic and excited to show my new hair to everyone! If you take pride in your hair or you can't find a stylist who seems to "fit" with you then I 100% recommend going and seeing Lorii

I really like the employees here at the Hair salon especially the Male stylist whom is my most favorite stylist. He's too good at his work. And yes I know him because he is a great friend of mine. I have tried so many other stylist until I met him. Since then I have not been to other stylist. I do recommend that if you are interested in different ways to style your hair Jhae is the person who is the best. Sorry but I just wanted to share this with you if you haven't already gone to this man. I adore him and he is my dearest friend who I am very proud of. Thank you Jhae thank you for being my great hair stylist. And thank you JCPENNEY hair stylist for giving the best customer service keep up the great work.
