Love to have Heather do my hair. She pays attention to individual needs and always makes me feel good with the final look. I have been going to her for 25 years so am obviously happy with the experience.

It's always a great experience going to see Heather at Wisp and Wave. My granddaughter had her very long hair cut today and she can't stop grinning. She loves her new look. Pretty high praise for an 8 year old.

If I could rank this place lower than a 1 I would. It's been about 6 weeks since I decided to try this salon out. I never write reviews so it tells you how bad it is. Half of my hair on the left side looks like a mushroom layered cut and the other side is an inch shorter and looks like she angled it from the top down. To say the least I have to grow my hair for about 6 months before I can even think about getting it fixed because I would end up with a Bob style! NEVER go here!! I thought maybe her years in the industry would be a plus, but I was wrong!!

She has been my favorite hairdresser for over 30 years. I obviously love the way she does my hair if I've been going to her for that long. She's the best!
