You get what you pay for. The business model here is fairly obvious. Charge a low rate, but recoup that money by high volume of cuts. After the longest wait and sloppiest most rushed cut I've had in years, I would recommend saving money another way. Hair is too important to risk...

Took my son for a haircut. Nothing too difficult, trimmed on the sides and thinned out and trimmed on top. My son likes to spike his hair, she cut almost everything off the top including the colour that was in it. My son was very disappointed. When I said that's a lot more than I asked for she said do you want more off! I will never go back and will be telling everyone I know not to as well.

You get what you pay for. My son and husband have been coming here for awhile and their hair usually looks decent afterwards. I finally decided to give it a shot and it was a disaster. It looked like someone just took a big knife and macheted off my hair. No layering, thinning, or any actual styling included in this price. I ended up going to a mid-range salon 2 days later to fix the tragedy and now my hair looks fantastic. The real stylist also said the cut wasn't even straight. (If you're only going to do one thing, do it right!) The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because the mobile app is a cool feature and I should have expected what I got for the price. Maybe this place is fine for men's cuts but ladies... you deserve to feel confident, so spend an extra $20 and go somewhere better!

Angela did my boyfriends hair at Great Clips today and he was very satisfied! She was very nice, careful and always asked if heâ€™s fine with what sheâ€™s doing. Waiting list was about 40 mins but we couldâ€™ve checked in online. Angela also registered my bf in their system because two GreatClips Salon before didnâ€™t do that. Overall a good experience and a very nice hairdresser!
