I love the staff at Cut'n Loose. They are amazing at their jobs and when people are in getting their hair done, there is laughter and happiness. Getting an appointment is not difficult and if they have time, walk ins are welcome. Sooooo convenient.

I got a great cut here. Walk in service too. I would book ahead to be sure.

Called Friday to get help with a colouring mishap, they set it for Monday at 10:30 and asked me how long my hair was, I even went into great detail on how I used bleach and needed help colouring it up... she even double checked with me over the phone. I show up after the weekend, waiting with horrible hair... only to show up and being told that she didn't have time to color my hair and that it was written down as a cut... which was not what I asked for... the hair stylist attending seemed pretty embarrassed. So I just walked out, what a waste of time. If they weren't sure of what my appointment was for and just assumed it was a cut, they should have called me and double checked. What a shame, now I have to schedule to get hair help somewhere else, hopefully that's a little more reliable... after waiting three days.
