TERRIBLE!!! I have never been so upset about my hair! I had been growing my hair out for few years , had darker brown on the bottom and natural healthy light brown almost past my chin and was told it was totally possible to go blonde , I was clear about asking how much it would cost to go blonde and was told foils start at 140 .. so I asked should I bring 200, 300? I was told maybe 200 ...wasn't told it would take 2 or 3 sessions at $200+ each time . I left with terrible orange/brown hair and when I had the guts to go back in and say I wasn't happy they told me they could book me in again for another $200+ And see what happens . And she was telling me I had black hair ( which I didn't !) on the bottom and she was just matching my top to the bottom... so if she would have told me I'd be leaving with orange ****ing hair I would have just gotten a trim and kept waiting for it to grow out ... but I have orange gross brown . And she told me if she would have colour corrected then put some lights on it I would have left with a mullet so she actually did what was best... my hair was healthy and had no treatments for years and was not black! I told them I feel so ugly and I liked my hair better before they just asked when I wanted to book in for another appointment at $200+ I had been in there a few months prior and was told it would totally be possible .. sooo upset ! I will NEVER go back there , now I have to rock this ugly hair untill I can save money to fix it.. I'm not an oilfield wife , I am just a single mom with orange brown warm toned hair on a cool tone skin! TERRIBLE!!!!!
