My hair dresser moved here from another salon, and I couldn't be happier! The last time I was there, the staff was so lovely and they helped me fix my hair and give me back some confidence! I love Cassandra and her willingness to let me experiment and try new things.

I have very thick hair and it grows very quickly so I cant always afford an expensive cut elsewhere. My favourite stylist is Cassandra, extremely professional about ensuring you get exactly what you come for, and she's wonderful with communicating her own ideas to you if she thinks you may like another cut style. Im adventurous with my hair so I let her cut it as she pleases once I tell her how long or short I prefer it. She is also an absolute wizard with colours, and I always get compliments before I even leave the salon chair with her handiwork. In the eight years I have gone to Cassandra for a haircut, I have never had a bad cut from her. Im so happy she is at First Choice so more people can easily access a true professional in her trade and recieve a high quality cut and colour service for incomparable pricing. The other ladies at this location are so friendly too!

I always go see Cassandra at FC in the northills mall - she's been my main hairdresser for about 8yrs now. She's great at what she does, and I love going in for colours and hair tattoos from her! :)

Most horrific haircut I have ever gotten. I asked for the most simple cut. Clean up my neck to the hairline, clean up the wings around my ears and trim the ends. She buzzed my neck way past the hair line and completely buzzed the side of my head. When I saw what she did with my sides I asked quickly what did you do? She then asked do you want me to stop and I calmly said well you cant really leave one side bald and the other hair. Didn't notice how bad the neck was until I got home and now I know why she didn't bring out the mirror. She screwed up her screw up. I am scared to look at the ends. Some people should not be allowed to cut hair. Cassidy was her name. Now I have 3 options. Wear a hat for the next 6 months straight, shave my head or hope someone makes another Mad Max movie and get cast as an Outlander. A simple sorry does not fix something this bad
