Amazing Experience with Terri yesterday, Damn girl you got the color tones I wanted, you took the time ( and we (you) went over time...)... love my cut, was nervous cause I have really long hair, wasn't sure how much was gonna get cut off....phew... that patron helped. You were so focused and showed how passionate you were I'm so loving my color n cut. Luv ya girl.. Will see u again ðŸ˜˜

Overpriced, though plenty of service options. Try to justify price with fancy drink service, but that doesn't justify the high cost. EDIT: I see the owner is claiming best location and best service. Both are lies. Location is terrible (come to congest downtown Kelowna! Just remember to park 15 blocks away), and the service was subpar at best. Cuts were uneven or often not what was requested. Have a Plan B instead of going to Plan B, folks.

Iâ€™ve been going to Tristyn at Plan B for nearly 2 years now. Every haircut is exactly how I like it and never rushed. Definitely recommend stopping in for a great cut with friendly staff in a nice atmosphere. Despite moving I still make the 45 minute commute and will continue to do so.

Tried this place out for the first time for a straight razor shave. They accept walk-ins which is great. Brian did an amazing job with the shave along with great suggestions on places to see in Kelowna. Hats off to the the staff at Plan B! I will definitely be back when I'm in Kelowna next.
