They actually have a barber shop here also. And I got the best haircut complete with a straight razor neck shave. Like a proper barber. Also very personable staff. Nice!

Very friendly staff!! Has a cute, modern environment, with a classy elegant feel. I highly recommend coming in to check it out. Fully serviced salon to accommodate all your needs :) Definitely the best salon in Lake Country.

Valentina's hair studio is an elegant beautiful salon. The stylists are amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Definitely the best salon in Lake Country!!!

Got my hair done here, they managed to bring my hair back to life. Also got a pedicure here. The professionalism is out of this world, great environment to be in. All I have to say is they did a fantastic job. Really get what you pay for.

The customer service has never been the greatest. I've been there three times and each time some of or all the staff made me feel awkward and unwanted. Every time I've booked they never tried to up sell any of the bookings (example- I used my haircut visit and when I called to book it they didn't ask what I wanted to do they just told me the day and time. Didn't ask if I wanted to pay extra for color/ or any other products.) I purchased a corporate client invitation booklet for $80.00 and found out later on that they expire. I noticed that Dec.10 was the expiration date, also they are closed 2 out of the 7 days of the week, so I phoned on Tuesday (they're first day of they week open) inquiring about the booklet and to ask about what I could do to get in my last appointment. The girl who answered the phone was not helpful or caring of the situation. All she stated was that she would put me on a wait list, I asked her what that entailed because she didn't explain anything to me. She told me that I what number I would be after I had to ask. Then she told me that it was a real ''bummer'' that people waited so long to use the invitation booklet, to top it off they only have one esthetician that works there so booking is even more limited. At the end of the conversation I asked the girl if I dont get called from the waiting list then I'm out of luck? All they replied was '''yeah, unfortunately people just waited to long, so it sucks for them''. All in all this place should think about how they treat they're customers considering they are a very new place. Also they should have thought about extending the offer that they sold to people if they are so over booked. i'll never be back.
