Marion Castang transformed my hair like magic. She is confident and super talented!! Highly recommend her for balayage anytime any day especially if you are not entirely sure how it would look like and need her professional opinion and expertise.

NO MATTER WHAT, DON'T GO TO JUJU

I asked for my hair to be lighter, but Steve decided that he would first bleach then dye my hair even darker than it was before the appointment. When I asked why it was the opposite of what I wanted, he was evasive, and insisted that it’ll wash out lighter with shampooing. Well, 10 shampoos later, it’s still darker than how my hair was before coming to this salon (see pic). Basically, he damaged my hair for no reason. Without ever admitting he made a mistake, Steve then offered me to sign an Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to get my money back! They had an NDA ready on hand so I can only imagine how much they screw up. They were so rude to me for no reason, I was almost crying. I actually refused to sign the NDA and forfeited my money so that I can warn others. If you go on google you will actually see the owner Steve replying with all kinds of mean and untrue things like that my hair was orange or difficult to work with. Girls, go to a hair salon that supports and respects you!

I had an amazing experience at Juju hair lounge! The staff is super friendly and they really take pride in what they do. Marion turned my brown, boring looking hair into a nice warm blond balayage and I couldnâ€™t be happier with the dye job and the service she provided. Reasonably priced and the location is convenient as well.

Very nice staff, good location, decent pricing. Great head massage! Tea and coffee while you get your hairs coiffed.

It Is rare that I ever write a review but I'm writing this one because of Juju Hair Lounge. A couple years ago I came across a facebook ad with their beautiful photos of their playful balayage colours and thought I'd give it them a try. Boy, was I glad I did! Steve is my stylist. He does an amazing job everytime and keeps me entertained throughout the entire process. If you come here, you will not be disappointed because they are professional and all the staff are very welcoming. P.S. They have a beautiful dog named Doug. :)

So basically I come for one stylist, which I followed to this location. I will say, the salon itself is chill, charming and comfortable (longer colour sessions are a breeze). And despite being off the skytrain exit, there is not a excessive amount of foot traffic in the salon but it is usually a busier place. The stylists are friendly and efficient.
