Cut my daughter's hair dry because they "had no time" to wash it, then washed it after her cut anyway. It did look cute though. My son had been growing his hair for months and it finally all levelled out, I had trimmed the back for him so he had no mullet, but wanted a clean up around the bottom because school starts in a few days. I told her "he wants it long just cleaned up around the bottom". I had my two youngest with me too so I couldn't stand there and watch, he came out of his haircut with 1 1/2 inch of hair left all over and square bangs and you could see all the lines everywhere. I asked her to at least fix his bangs, and she just made it worse. I was so mad. Still paid, unfortunately.
