I got a massage yesterday and Lilly was my masseuse. She is fantastic. They have updated the music and the steamroom was great as well. All around great experience.

I switched from a very expensive salon to Mario Tricoci and I am glad I did. I have been there thrice now and had Lilly for my stylist. Honestly I got the best cut I have had in a few years.

Danielle does such an awesome job coloring my daughter's hair every couple months, which constantly changes from blue to pink to blonde. She always leaves looking great!

Customer service in reverse. I've been a customer at Mario Tricoci salon and spa for over 25 years. I've had the same wonderful pedicure technician for 17 years. You can call me a loyal customer! When they offer their bonus coupons with gift certificate purchases, I always take advantage of that and enjoy the additional savings towards future services. The coupon does have an experation date but all guest service counter reps always let you know they are happy to take expired coupons within a reasonable amount of time. They generally last about a month so for someone like me that treats myself to a pedicure every six weeks or so the acceptance of the coupon a little over the valid date is very appreciated. I have a $30 coupon that expired 9/2. I went yesterday for my pedicure and was told they no longer accept expired coupons. No email or text notification nor sign at the desk letting customers know of their change in policy. I have tried to call the number on their website to get connected to a manager at the location. Unfortunately the call is not being connected. When the operator asks what it's regarding it seems like my answer is putting me into a black hole telephone loop. With so much competition for spa services in our area, I expected them to treat their customers more fairly. If you have a major change in policy shouldn't you have to give some sort of notice? I have one more pedicure in a series I'm going to use. That will give me a chance to thank my tech and say good bye properly. I think it's time to take my business elsewhere. I'm sad but the change will be good and I'm going to look for a small business owner to support instead. I decided I deserve to be treated better!

This place is a scam and I will be filing a lawsuit today, in small claims court. I've purchased three gift cards for $300 and received a $45 coupon that expired within six weeks of my purchase. While purchasing, I noticed it expired in 6 weeks. I said something to the girl working and she responded with we accept those for a year after their expiration. Its a lie! Do not give these lying, conniving, greedy, corporate scumbags your hard-earned money! Total Bologna Sandwiched!
