What a disaster!

I went for a manicure and pedicure today and was told that the price was the same for shellac or regular polish. A guy did my pedicure in pretty much 15 minutes, then started on the manicure. When he finished putting the polish on it looked like a 3 year old did it, it was an absolute mess!! One of the girls then took over because I wanted it removed, it was embarrassing. The guy was arrogant and the place was not very clean! Won't be going back there and will tell everyone to stay away!

Bad quality, overpriced, and rushed the first time I was there. Second time, much nicer, better prices, and MUCH better quality

CUSTOMER BEWARE $35.00 for 17 min of work. 3 workers and 6 customers. They rushed and went for the money over Quality. Another lady asked for a correction from their poor job and they said they don't have time to finish. WOW FACTOR. Also I witness them forget all about a customer who was sitting for 30 min. Instead of apologizing and inviting the customer to get started they blamed the customer. After letting the establishment of nice nails know that it was unfair service they made outlandish suggestions on a public site stating that the customer looked mad when they walked in the door. Go to Newglassgo or PortHawsberry for better and more Quality Service.

very dissapointment in the work they did. will not be going back. i have fake nails, and you can see through polish. the color was done very poorly and was chipping off within a week. i've had better quality nails for a way cheaper price back home. i won't be going back. not only that, they are always rushed, they don't clean the tables between clients, and they charge you for supplies they should be supplying (and if you don't bring them back they charge you for them again!)

I was told I had appointment with Lucy, it was with another woman, there were three clients, felt like a rush job - when I pointed out that the polish was really thick and streaky, she said nothing, when it dried there was a line where the second coat was applied and polish was on cuticles.
