I had a color done and really loved how Jenn did my hair, it was exactly what I wanted and my cut was beautiful!

Was very happy with my haircut but thought that their pricing was a little high and was charged $2.00 fee for not even sure what. Was told I could pay less if I went with a less experienced hair stylist...after I called and cancelled my next appointment. Was not told this when I called the first time that I would be paying more for this hair stylist and that I had the option for a less experienced, hence cheaper stylist. Would you pay less to go to a less experienced doctor or dentist? Anyways I did find another hair stylist who was just as experienced....if not more and only paid 14.00 and no extra service fee of 2.00. When you get your hair cut every four weeks as I keep it very short it makes a difference.
