Hi Laura, I just wanted to comment on my first experience at Connect. I truly love the colour of my hair it’s like you read my mind ! Couldn't be happier with my hair. Sharon takes her time making sure I am comfortable with the colour she recommends. I was very conservative with my hair colour as I have had some mishaps in the past. With Sharon's expert guidance and her experience I am no longer afraid to add more choices. The environment is professional and welcoming, as well as stress free...one of my favourite places to be during my busy day. I leave her salon feeling amazing!

I called as a potential new client to see if they were able to "fix" some highlights I had done somewhere else that I wasn't happy with. My first interaction was over the phone with Sharon the owner who said she could get me in the next day with Alison but to come in first for a no charge consult so she take a look at my hair. Even from the initial conversation she was hoping to be able to help me the least expensive way possible which I thought was great. When I arrived for my consultation I was greeted warmly and offered a beverage which surprised me as I was only there for a consultation! Sharon checked out my hair and discussed a plan with Alison for the next day. I arrived the next day and from the moment I stepped foot into the salon they were nothing but friendly and accommodating. Alison got right to work and made it her mission to not let me leave until I was 100% happy, and when she was finished I couldn't have been more pleased. My hair looked incredible. From friendly conversation, to the multiple offers of beverages and just a simple "How are you doing? Everything ok?" the entire experience was awesome. Thank you so very much for what I feel is going above and beyond the norm to help a gal out!
