Great experience

I buy my Aveda shampoo from the salon and was given a free cut card for a cut from Brooke..walked into a great conversation about is there more wheels or doors in the world..the staff and clients had such a fun time with this.. then I received an amazing scalp and shoulder massage.. Brooke was so easy to talk to and I told her to do what she wants with my hair but had to be wash and go style.. I walked out with the best haircut I’ve had in a long time.. needless to say I booked an appointment for my next cut..what a great experience .. thank you Brooke you rock ♥️

Absolutely amazing results and service. I had Lauren, and she was so helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations, and made amazing suggestions for hair care, as well as telling me what my hair needed to stay healthy. I went in for a cut and colour, and she gave me exactly what I asked for (which is rare at hair salons!) and was just so professional about everything. She not only gave me the colour and style I wanted, but somehow totally changed my hair texture from kinda coarse and poofy to soft elegant. The whole experience was amazing. I'll definitely be coming back, this is my new favourite place!

Where do I begin... First time at this salon - researched and seen the great reviews and thought what the heck, lets try it. After not having a haircut or color in over 2 years and being a new mom to a 8 month old I needed a change. I walked into a welcoming, warm atmosphere. I was greeted by the receptionist who informed me I was scheduled with Lauren. Lauren welcomed me with a warm personality and listened to all my needs and concerns about my hair. She gave her opinion on what would be the best fit for me and my lifestyle with a new baby. Her professionalism and keen eye for detail stood out to me. She took her time with every task she completed and checked in to see how I was doing, if I needed anything, etc. I could tell she takes pride in her work. As we got closer to the grand reveal of my hair color my husband informed me that our daughter was a little out of sorts in the car with him. When I stated this to Lauren, with no questions asked she allowed my husband and daughter to come into the salon so my daughter could see where I was. This small little gesture hit my heart. Thank you Lauren for the wonderful color and cut I received from you today. Your warm and caring personality stood out and I will be definitely be back to see you in the near future. All the ladies at the salon where wonderful! They all have wonderful personalities and were excellent with my daughter and husband. If anyone is looking for a drama and gossip free, chill atmosphere then you need to book with The Salon on the Grand today. You will not regret it and will walk away feeling like a million bucks and tell all your family and friends. Thank you again Lauren!

Just wanted to say that I have never really had a hair cut I wasn't happy with(I know I'm lucky) But Brooke didn't just give a great hair cut and coloring, she made this one of the best experiences I have ever had getting my hair done. She took the time to go through a in-depth consultation so I knew exactly what to expect(Even though I was still blown away by how great it was), She also added a very personal touch in being genuinely interested in conversation. I have never been so happy with a hair cut and I'm so appreciative of what Brooke did for me, I will be coming to see her as long as I have hair on my head. Also all the staff there were so personable and friendly it really made me feel great!!! Overall an amazing experience and would recommend Brooke and The Salon on the Grand to anyone looking for a great style! Thank you,

I have curly hair, and it can be so hard to find a stylist who can manage curls.. plus during covid I trimmed it myself, so Sarah had her work cut out for her! She did an amazing job! She really understand curls, she talked me through the options that would work for my hair, and gave me a head massage! If you have curls I highly recommend asking for Sarah! She also used the line of curl products they have, which were great, but didn't pressure me to buy them. I can't wait to go back!

I highly recommend Salon on the Grand for all your hair care needs. Brook and her great staff provide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for their customers. Customer service is excellent and I always feel amazing after my cut. They definitely go above and beyond. Keep up the awesome work :)
