Showed up for a scheduled appointment at 5:30 that I made with Nikki, the day before. Door was locked and she was working on another client. Ok, I get it. You are closed and don't want walk ins. I knock on the glass and you see me, I smile and wave but you just look back down at your client. So I figure you will come let me in when you have a moment. Nope. Like a dodo, I wait 30 minutes in front of the door, thinking since you're doing highlights, you can't walk away or something. I knock again. Harder. It's almost 6 pm now. You look at the clock as if to say, you're closed and ignore me. I left pretty upset at being treated like that. For wasting my time, thinking any moment now, you would be professional and come to the door. You don't even have the decency to take a few seconds to check with me as I've hung around for quite awhile. I left a voicemail right after, asking what happened, maybe there was miscommunication with the date/time. I would understand and wouldn't be as upset about being ignored for half an hour outside your store. I'm a pretty reasonable person. Have not heard from you. I was really looking forward to getting my hair done as I don't do it often and I am going back to work from mat leave. Thanks a lot.

Great local hair dresser, my better half enjoys getting her hair cut and colored here. They ensure your getting the cut and style you want. No crazy sales pitches trying to sell hair products when you're done, just sit back, relax and feel a little more stylish when you're done.

Nikki is impeccable! She takes the time to find the perfect look! Consults are professional and honest. She made my daughter feel completely at ease when she donated her ponytail and went for a pixie cut. Nikki had all kinds of little nooks to explore in her salon. Congrats on your beautiful salon, Nikki!
