My favourite place in Belleville for a haircut, could be friendlier though. One of the staff isn't very friendly, but the others are great. The one who isn't friendly is still good at cutting hair though.

My hair was supposed to be RED and black but the where the red was supposed to be is PINK and there are bits of brown still in the black, I paid $200 for them to mess it up . There was dye halfway down my back and there was dye on my face I've had my hair dyed a couple times and non were as bad as this and this was one of my first times getting my hair professionally done. I don't even believe this place deserves 1 star.

I was in Belleville for a wedding and went to the Quinte mall in search of a haircut. I was greeted by an older woman at Mondo Lido who was able to cut my hair right away. I asked the woman for the shortest cut possible - I keep my head bald and just needed it touched up before the wedding ceremony. The woman seemed very unenthusiastic as she pulled out her trimmer and went to work. She was clearly in a rush. It felt like she was dragging a cheese grater over my head and I sat there sweating with discomfort through the the 5-minute episode. I was surprised when the woman said she was done. Most stylists take about 20 minutes because theyâ€™ll clean up the lines with a straight blade or care for my skin, but I wasnâ€™t afforded such luxuries here. I paid the full $22.00+ fee and went home to discover the woman had missed a few spots on the top of my head. I donâ€™t understand how she failed such a simple request... What a rip-off!!! This was the worst â€œhair cutâ€ Iâ€™ve ever experienced.

Similar experience to others. The older woman who cut my hair finished in around 3 minutes. After this short experience, I was left with the worst haircut I have ever received. I'm certain that I could have cut my own hair in the mirror with a better result. Do Not Go Here!

I went there for a scheduled hair dying and cut appointment with a price agreed upon before. They were under staffed that day. I waited 15mins for my appointment to start which isn't bad at all, understanding that sometime things take longer. During the appointment the hair dresser was forced to take customers in for a 'quick trim' by the manage. My appointment ran Ã—2 longer (4 1/2hrs in total) than any hair dying appointment I've ever been to. Instead of the manager apologizing for the wait, I was up charged from the original amount agreed upon by a good $70.00. I am terrible at dealing with conflict so I didn't argue my case very well and just paid. It was THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HAIR EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE! I loved the hair dresser I had and realize that it wasn't her fault and tried to argue the price for me, I wish her well.
