I went there for a scheduled hair dying and cut appointment with a price agreed upon before. They were under staffed that day. I waited 15mins for my appointment to start which isn't bad at all, understanding that sometime things take longer. During the appointment the hair dresser was forced to take customers in for a 'quick trim' by the manage. My appointment ran ×2 longer (4 1/2hrs in total) than any hair dying appointment I've ever been to. Instead of the manager apologizing for the wait, I was up charged from the original amount agreed upon by a good $70.00. I am terrible at dealing with conflict so I didn't argue my case very well and just paid. It was THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HAIR EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE! I loved the hair dresser I had and realize that it wasn't her fault and tried to argue the price for me, I wish her well.
