Kind of surprised to see 4-5 stars for this place. It's a joke ! we were there today and my lady went for a hair cut. She asked re:getting a hair cut and the lady working there (don't know if it's the owner or employee), it's was the larger lady. And she said, "only a hair cut", my lady said, yes please. That lady just kind of paused and said, o.k. lets go or come in or something like that, and she said it with an obvious impression that she didn't want to do it. I should of just taken that note and ask my lady to leave, making excuse I forgot something... anyways... My lady asked for just a trim... when she sat down (she told me she asked for it to be layered, just trim)... I wasn't paying attention for that part (as I was on my phone for a bit).. .. very shortly after, she gets up and asks me if I think a bit more to be cut off is better or looks o.k... and I said, whatever you think is best.. and she looks down and see truly hardly anything cut.. hardly any hair on the ground.. and asked if she could trim another bit off... to conclude, she just cut her hair straight across the back like a squared off shape.. I could of just combed her hair down and just cut straight across like I'm cutting a piece of paper in half... hair lady didn't layer it, to keep the same style it was, but trimming it.. just squared off, horizontal cut.. wtf ?!! no layering no nothing.. My lady was so pissed off.. when we were home, she looked in mirror and cut a bit on an angle herself so she doesn't look like a square head from behind.. hair lady didn't ask any more questions, like do you want layered again (in case she didn't hear) and if she's too stupid to understand how to style & cut hair, no interaction to ensure she's making a nice cut / style for her customer.. it's like she just started today with NO experience or training whatsoever !!
My lady is never going back and going to tell anyone in the area about her terrible service/experience there. hairstylist really had a demeanor like she hated that we came in. I should go back and ask for her money back.
We just moved in the area and like to give business to the locals, but not this one again !!!
